DEEP RELAXATION SESSIONS

The art of mindful living begins with feeling a deep sense of calm and inner control and letting go of trivial daily concerns that can actually crush the human spirit.

Deep Relaxation is a session designed to help you find that quiet space in order to begin this practice, and through time, integrate it into your daily living.

In a relaxed group setting, you can simply lie on an inflatable mattress (provided), carpet, or yoga mat and let the soothing music, dimmed lights, and cool air relax you. During the 45 minutes to an hour, you will listen to Dr. Richter guide you through visualizations such as beach walks or nature excursions. These mental journeys allow the individual to gain a different perspective and get a sense of life priorities. It is an experience that comes to a close with personal insight.

By the end of the session, you will feel rejuvenated and feel a sense of calm that should last for days.

The setting is informal and you should wear comfortable, unbinding clothing.
